Congregational Vitality Audit for First Lutheran Church

Thank you in advance for providing feedback on our congregation's overall health and spiritual vitality. Your input will help us identify our strengths, challenges and opportunities as a congregation. Congregational leaders will use this feedback to set annual goals and create a long-term strategic plan for the congregation. Please note that all responses will be kept confidential and will compiled by a third party outside the organization. 

Our coach from Vibrant Faith, Jim LaDoux, will share a report with elected leaders at the June Council meeting that summarizes the data collected and what it means for our congregation. This report will be made available to all members following the Council meeting.
