Collaborati Firm Structure Updates

Multi-Office Firms

Firms with multiple Collaborati profiles can now have a single login to access their multiple office accounts. Mitratech needs confirmation of your firm profile and associated office information on or before June 30th. If you have questions, visit the Multi-Office Firm FAQ.
1.Please list all of your Firm's office profiles currently in Collaborati.  This information was provided to you as part of the Multi Office Firm Structure Email.  Please use that list to answer this question.
2.Please note any Collaborati offices you do not want added to this Firm Profile. Please add a brief explanation why.
3.Mitratech will automate the setup of Firm Profiles and update your firm's associated Collaborati offices on July 18th.
Please ensure the following Firm Profile fields are correct.  Fields in bold are required fields.

4.Please list the main e-Billing contacts or Collaborati Firm Admins (up to 5). These are people responsible for your Firm's e-Billing software accounts, Admins for Collaborati, Global e-Billing leads, or e-Billing on-boarding with Clients.
5.In the Firm Structure, the settings for LEDES discounts and matter selection apply to all offices.  This is required for Mitratech to automate the updates, but your firm's admin users can change these at a later date.
