Invitation to Participate in a Survey |
Introduction
This questionnaire is circulated with the aim of collecting the necessary data for Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), to examine the concerns and issues faced by preparers of the financial statements. The focus of this survey is on accounting system usage, access and controls and possible challenges and issues relating to the preparation of financial statements, revenue recognition, disclosure and audit process.
With the feedback obtained via this survey, MIA will attempt to compile, tabulate and analyse the findings and share them with the members as recommendations for required actions to enhance quality of financial statements preparation.
The deadline for completing the survey is 30 September 2020.
