Friends for Life 2014 Competition nomination form

The Friends For Life competition is returning for Crufts 2014!

The Kennel Club is calling for nominations from people who feel that their life, or the life of somebody that they know, has been changed dramatically by their dog.

The deadline for nominations is 17.00 on 19 Jan 2014.

The final five dogs will be chosen by a panel of judges and the winner will be chosen by public vote and announced on Sunday 9th March at Crufts 2014.
