Fentanyl Test Strip Request

The Westmoreland Drug and Alcohol Commission will mail free fentanyl test strips to you. The information that you provide below will be confidential and will not be shared. We will send a confirmation email to the address provided once the fentanyl test strips have been shipped.

Disclaimer: No test is 100 percent accurate, and this is not FDA -approved. The tested drug still may contain fentanyl analogs even if you receive a negative result. Fentanyl test strips may not detect more potent fentanyl-like drugs such as carfentanil, and fentanyl may not be in every portion of your drug, so it could be missed.
