Female Founder Survey

Women are still highly underrepresented in the startup sector with a share of around 20% – looking at science and tech-based startups the share is even lower with only 10% female founders.

We want to alter the narrative about female entrepreneurs in Switzerland. That's why we have created Female Founders - The initiative www.female-founders.ch!

Unfortunately, there is a lack of data about the swiss startup ecosystem and the female players in it. That's why we have created a survey that will help us gather more insights and drive actions in the neccessary areas.

Data allows us to create specific actions to fight against gender imbalance in the startup ecosystem!

We invite you to take part in the 20-25 minute survey and kindly ask for your contribution.
The results of this survey will be shared on the Female Founder Website as well as per email to you (if interested). The data will remain completely anonymous.
