Thank you for reviewing the Civil Resolution Tribunal (CRT) draft Accessibility Plan and providing your feedback and suggestions.The CRT is committed to making its services accessible, inclusive, and useable by everyone we serve. No one should be prevented from accessing a service because of a disability. Under the Accessible British Columbia Act, public sector organizations are required to form an accessibility committee and create an accessibility plan. We must also offer the public ways to give us feedback about the accessibility of our services. Our draft plan sets out actions to improve accessibility of our communications, technology, processes, and more. This plan is a first step. Our committee will develop an operational plan to set out how we’ll accomplish the goals and actions.We invite you to review our draft Accessibility Plan and give us feedback.
