Throughout the survey, you will see the phrase “our church.” By this, we mean the church connected to this survey.
You may be:
  • a member or regular attendee of the church
  • a church leader or volunteer
  • a partner or someone connected to the church through the community
Please answer based on your experience and perspective of this church.

Why this Survey Matters

Your responses will help give a clearer picture of how the church is currently working within the community, identify strengths and areas for growth, guide future learning and next steps, and support conversations within the church and with coaches or leaders.
