FAST NY Survey

Empire State Development (ESD) is requesting information from municipalities, municipally appointed economic development organizations, and other entities that may be interested in seeking financial assistance from the FAST NY program for the development of a shovel-ready site. 
 
In particular, we are interested in the details of your site (address, acreage, site control, site conditions, etc.), your plans for increasing its shovel-readiness (land uses, infrastructure, etc.), and any known amounts and characteristics of the financial assistance that you may be requesting.
 
Please note that this is a survey only, not a program application. However, your responses to this survey will be helpful to ESD and program applicants by informing the design of the FAST NY program guidelines.
