PCDS 'Fast and Furious' Expression of Interest

The NADC is calling on member centres and the broader health community to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) to present at the following meeting:

Primary Care Diabetes Summit 2019
Date: 1st June 2019

Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre

Fast and Furious Presentations:

- Share your latest studies, trials, projects and experiences with the PCDS audience
- An opportunity to provide a five-minute snapshot of research, innovation, models of care, quality improvement projects and/or outcomes within your diabetes centre

Presentations relating to NADC focus areas including but not limited to:

- Example of rural primary care service that has used multidisciplinary models of care to advance diabetes services
- Example of metropolitan primary care service that has used multidisciplinary models of care to advance diabetes services
- Examples of services using recall systems
- Example of service database
- Other primary care initiatives

Please submit your EOI by 18th April 2018. The NADC will advise all applicants of the outcomes of their EOI post the due date.
