Behavioural insights for COVID-19 for Expatriates living in Taiwan |
SURVEY INSTRUCTIONS
Hello!
Thank you for taking part of this study.
The study about the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) will take about 10-15 minutes to complete, and we will ask health-related questions. This study is designed for self-labeled expatriates (dual citizenships allowed) currently living in Taiwan with a high proficiency of English. Expatriates are otherwise known as “expats” following the definition of any persons staying abroad temporarily or of an undetermined period for various reasons.
The study is conducted to inform COVID-19 outbreak response efforts, including policy, interventions and communications.
Your answers will be used exclusively for scientific purposes and to help improve the COVID-19 outbreak response.
Please do not start until you will have enough time to complete it in one go. A computer device is recommended to fill out the survey for optimal use. Please close other programs (e.g. chat or e-mail) to avoid distractions. This survey is only provided in English.
Further information:
1. The anonymized data will be stored permanently and published for possible later use by other scientists. Conclusions about you or other persons are not possible.
2. Your data will be treated in accordance with the provisions of Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
3. Your participation in the study is voluntary and can be terminated at any time and without giving reasons.
4. Your participation in the research does not expose you to any significant risk.
