Exhibitor Information

Thank you for your continued support of DSAMT and the Buddy Walk. This annual event is our largest awareness & fundraising event, bringing more than 3,000 people to participate. Our families enjoy seeing the support of our community and having the opportunity to learn about services and programs that would help them.

Some important exhibitor information:
All completed exhibitor forms need to be completed and submitted by Thursday Oct. 1st. Spaces may be available after Oct 1, but please contact us to confirm.

Standard exhibitor spaces will be provided to non-profit and service provider exhibitors who register by October 1, 2015 at no cost, as this is a great opportunity for our families to learn about services and programs in our communities.

In lieu of any exhibitor fees, we simply ask each exhibitor to donate a prize ($50 value) OR contribute items for the goodie bags (quanity 250), which must be received on or before October 1, 2015.

Premium exhibitor spaces are available to non-profits/service providers for a $250 donation and include signage at the booth space.

Vendor booth spaces (for for-profits/non-service providers) are available for a $300 donation. Premium booth locations and additional benefits are also available as an official sponsor, starting at $500(Details at www.somethingextra.org)

Small 10 x 10 tents are permitted – no staking is allowed in the park. Exhibitors can bring their own or a small 10 x 10 tent can be provided to you for an additional $100.

Each exhibitor/vendor is encouraged to bring an activity (game or trick or treating) to encourage visitation at every booth.

We also encourage exhibitors to create their own teams. Visit www.somethingextra.org for information.

Exhibit spaces will be available beginning at 6:45 a.m. on Saturday, October 31. Participants will start arriving by 8am, so please make sure you are set up & ready to go by 7:30am. Exhibits must be active until 12:00pm and removed by 2:00 pm.

One table and 2 chairs will be provided to every exhibitor.

Electricity is not available.

Please check in at the Exhibitor Registration Tent when you arrive.
