Thank you for your interest in helping your community! Exhale: A Gathering Place is a collaboration between Buffalo Federation Neighborhood Centers, Compeer, Schiller Park Senior Center, Erie County Department of Senior Services and Hearts and Hands. We are providing an opportunity for caregivers to "exhale" while their loved ones participate in a 4 hour social day program. It takes a village and we're seeking volunteers to assist with transportation, being a buddy to a care recipient by helping them through their four hour stay, and volunteers to assist with serving lunch.

If you can assist with any of these tasks, please take 10 minutes to complete this registration form. Once we have received your registration form you will be contacted by one of our staff members to schedule a training that can be conducted in person or online via zoom.
