What’s the purpose of the Exemplary Organization Diagnostic?
The Exemplary Organization Diagnostic is based on the industry-leading TiER1 Performance Learning Trends Survey. It is specifically designed to enable individuals to get a rough sense of whether their organization might qualify as an "Exemplary Organization."

Anyone who works in the Learning and Performance field.

Can I share the Exemplary Organization Diagnostic?
Yes! Feel free to share the survey link with people you know in the field, work colleagues, and on your social media networks.

How long will the survey take to complete?
About 3 minutes.

How will the data be used?
You'll get immediate feedback on your results. We will aggregate the results to analyze the overall findings. Our focus is on the full Learning Trends Survey, but for this small subset of questions, we may share our findings in articles, social media posts, conference sessions, webinars, podcasts, etc. We never identify individual respondents.
