Evaluation Case Examples

Thank you for submitting your idea for an NSVRC Evaluation Case Example.

Submissions will be reviewed on a quarterly basis. If your idea is accepted you will be interviewed by NSVRC staff in order to create a case example to be published in the NSVRC's Evaluation Toolkit. www.nsvrc.org/evalaution-toolkit

3.Briefly describe the prevention program you are evaluating.
4.Briefly describe the evaluation approach or strategy you are using.
5.List 2-3 lessons you have learned during your evaluation process.
6.List 2-3 tips that you would recommend to people that might want to use your approach.
7.Do you have any documents or reports that you are willing to share?
