Dear Parents and Caregivers:

Family Survey for our school
Eugene Coste School is taking part in the Active and Safe Routes to School project that will improve the school journey for our students. Through School Travel Planning, our school community will work with community partners to reduce congestion, address traffic safety issues and encourage more students to walk and wheel for school and local trips.

Please complete this 5-minute Family Survey with your eldest child who attends this school. Your input is important to the success of this project. Knowing what travel choices families are making and why they are making them will help the school create an action plan that considers everyone’s needs.  

This survey is voluntary; you may choose not to participate and you have the option to withdraw from this survey at any point. We do not ask for your name. Your responses are anonymous and will be stored electronically in secure password-protected files, only accessible to the school's Active and Safe Routes to School committee, Ever Active Schools, and the City of Calgary, who are directly involved in the project.
