E-Scooter Online Feedback Form

The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) began a new, one-year E-Scooter Pilot Program beginning in early spring 2019. 

Please use this form to share your experience with e-scooters in Portland.

To report an urgent issue, such as an improperly parked scooter, it is best to contact the e-scooter company directly. Their contact information can be found at www.escooterpdx.com/reporting.

Use the above resources for the quickest response to immediate concerns. You are also welcome to record the information on this form. 

Your feedback is important whether or not you ride e-scooters.You are welcome to submit feedback multiple times throughout the yearlong pilot period.
