This self-assessment contains 8 groups of 6-7 questions each. Four groups focused on Equity Thinking and four groups focused on Equity Actions. (The assessment takes less than 10 minutes to complete)

Key Definitions to consider when responding:

Eq·ui·ty: Fairness and freedom from bias or favoritism.

Bias:
 A preconceived opinion or blind spot against someone or something.

Favoritism: Leading and serving as equals without differences between groups you associate with and groups you don't.
 
Remember, there are no right or wrong answers in the self-assessment, so answer spontaneously and select the one description that you consider most like you.
