Submit Quiz Question for the Olympics

Propose a 1-of-4 potential answer multiple-choice quiz question for the Friday Olympics

Each quiz question needs to fit into the Kahoot! approach used on "The Sharing Show."  There can be 1 pic.  The question has the full width of the screen but still needs to be short enough for quick reading, and each of the 4 potential answers get 1/2 the width of the screen.  The fewer words the better.
