Welcome to the 2019 – 2020 Parish-wide Survey for the review of Pastors and Associate Pastors.
If your Pastor or Associate Pastor is now participating in the Catholic Leadership 360 Review process, you will find the name of your parish listed on the next page. This review process is required by Archdiocesan Policy of all diocesan priest in parish assignments. It is an opportunity for your Pastor or Associate Pastor to recognize his talents and to grow to become a better priest and pastoral minister.
The survey will take 15 to 20 minutes to complete. At the end of the survey there is space for any comments you wish to make, but it will not accept more than 500 characters. When the review process is complete your Pastor or Associate Pastor will receive a summary of the Parish-wide Survey along with any comments.
