engAGE in Community
Dear Clackamas County Resident:
Clackamas County Social Services, Extension Family and Community Health in Clackamas County, and AARP Oregon are key partners of engAGE in Community. The goal of the initiative is to engage communities and community members to affect changes that will increase and improve physical, social, and service environmental resources in local communities. Our aim is to establish Clackamas County as an aging-friendly place, an Oregon County where adults can age actively and successfully in their residence or community of choice.
The engAGE in Community partners are asking for your help in identifying some of the age-friendly features Clackamas County communities. We would appreciate it if you would take about 5 minutes to respond to the web survey. Your responses will be added together with others and recorded as a group. If the results of this project are published your identity will not be made public. Your participation in this study is voluntary and you may refuse to answer any question(s) for any reason. Your participation is important to this study.
The answers you provide will be kept confidential to the extent permitted by law. Special precautions have been established to protect the confidentiality of your responses.
If you want to continue and participate in the survey, select ‘I AGREE’ in order to access the electronic survey. There are no foreseeable risks to you as a participant in this project; nor are there any direct benefits. However, your participation is extremely valued.
If you do not want to participate and do not wish to be contacted further, please select ‘NO, I DISAGREE’ and exit the survey site.
