Empower Procurement Local Government Needs Survey

Empower Procurement is a program led by Prospect Silicon Valley and funded by the California Energy Commission. The Empower Procurement team includes experts from Energy Solutions, ZNE Alliance, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, the LGC and other organizations. These partners work together to help institutions reach their clean energy goals by studying their current procurement process to acquire energy efficient products and related services, offering recommendations for improvement. The program provides organizations with access to strategic research and analysis, tailored to their specific needs and goals.

The purpose of this survey is to better understand local government procurement needs to inform the program's services provided to local jurisdictions.
