Introduction
Welcome to the What's Up with Work Lately (Employer Edition) Survey!
Youthful Cities, in partnership with Tamarack Institute, seeks to investigate how the youth workforce and work ecosystems in Canada have changed after the COVID-19 pandemic.
We are exploring how to make cities better places to work for youth. In the wake of the pandemic's impact on layoffs, office closures and work shortages, cities lost their energy, and youth lost skills, opportunities, and job experience. Cities rely on youthful employment in order to continue to grow and thrive. So as we gain insights on how to improve city workplaces for young people, we are interested in hearing about your sector, work environment, thoughts on current career paths, and skills.
