There is a risk of your data being hacked or seen by someone who should not have access to it. We minimize this risk by
- collecting responses via a secure system; and
- storing data on a password-protected, encrypted drive.
Taking the survey is voluntary. There is no penalty for not taking the survey. If you start the survey, you can change your mind and stop at any time.
What are the possible benefits of taking the survey?Taking the survey will inform the CDR Dietetics Workforce Capacity and Demand Project, support CDR-credentialed nutrition and dietetics practitioners, and help practitioners and employers plan for future workforce needs.
By completing this survey, you will help
- identify current and future staffing needs;
- inform strategies for recruitment, retention, and training of RDs and DTRs;
- clarify how RDs and DTRs impact patient outcomes and organizational goals;
- support integration of RDs and DTRs into interprofessional teams;
- represent your sector’s needs in broader workforce development initiatives;
- strengthen the case for additional support, funding, or positions by demonstrating demand and gaps;
- justify the value of RDs and DTRs in achieving health outcomes and organizational efficiency; and
- support collaborative efforts to address shortages, training gaps, and evolving roles.
