Speakman Company is pleased to announce the introduction of eForms (automatic e-mail) for customer order documents. eForms eliminates the paper and US Mail, getting you order information in real time. You will still be able to view and track order status on our web site, opting in for e-forms will only change how we push/send documents to you. Opting in for e-forms will get each document to the right department/person at your location.
Another feature of eForms is that we can send the same e-mail to multiple accounts each time. For example purchasing and receiving can get an Advance Shipment Notice so both departments are prepared for the order’s arrival. You also select the format of your documents, HTML in the body of the e-mail, a PDF attachment or both. To have your documents moved to e-forms please complete the attached on-line form.
