Dear Students and Parents,
To better serve you, the Elk Lake School District dining services department is conducting a survey to gain some feedback on your satisfaction with our dining services and food offerings. We would also like to hear your suggestions as to how you think our
current service and offerings could be improved. This survey will only take a few minutes of your time. It can either be taken anonymously or you can enter your name and grade at the end of the survey for a chance to win a prize.
