Thanks for your interest in Electrify Breck! Electrify Breck is designed to make home electrification more affordable for Breckenridge residents. In 2026, rebates are available for the following projects:
- Installation of cold climate heat pump
- Installation of cold climate heat pump + heat pump water heater
- Installation of home battery system
Program eligibility is limited to full-time Breckenridge residents who have verified household incomes ≤ 150% of the Area Median Income (AMI)
OR who live in deed-restricted homes. You can find your household's AMI in this chart.
