  • If you are planning to attend the ECS meeting even if you are not accepted into this program, please go ahead and register for the meeting so you can take advantage of the early-bird discount. The early-bird meeting registration deadline is April 9, 2018.
  • If you will only attend the meeting if you are accepted into the program, wait until you hear from the organizers. If you are accepted, and you then register, ECS will honor the early-bird rate. The early-bird registration deadline is April 9, 2018.
  • If you are awarded a travel grant, you will be reimbursed for your expenses after the event, up to the amount of the travel grant.
