Help Shape the Future of East Phillips Park and Cedar Avenue Field Park
The Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board is working on an open spaces plan that will create a vision for East Phillips Park and revisits the 2017 design for Cedar Avenue Field Park. East Phillips Park did not get a park plan during the South Service Area Park planning process and the 2017 plan for Cedar Avenue Field Park is being revisited to ensure the plan represents what the community would like to see in the park. Park plans consider how the parks are operated, maintained, and improved for the next 20-30 years. It will include plans for all outdoor park amenities (not recreation center buildings).
