The only proven way to slow the distribution of CWD is to contain it. The DNR is currently trying to reduce the deer herd near the sites of the infected deer found in Ingham, Clinton, Ionia, Kent, Mecosta and Montcalm counties (data as of February 2018) Please indicate your level of support for the general DNR disease surveillance culling of deer in these counties.
