Coyote Point Eastern Promenade Rejuvenation Project

Beach Expansion

The Eastern Promenade shoreline will be modified to form a wave-shaped bay engineered using local wind and wave data to maximize the beach experience and minimize loss of sand. The beach and bay floor will be graded to add 50,000 additional square feet of level usable beach. Six pathways will bring beachgoers or swimmers from the trail to/from the beach. One pathway will bring beachgoers to the sand play area.
