East Arnhem Regional Council (EARC) provides services to the following communities: Galiwin’ku, Gunyangara, Gapuwiyak, Milingimbi, Ramingining, and Yirrkala. This survey will help EARC understand how happy our community stakeholders are with the services provided by EARC.
