* 26. Domain Management - a part of your package with DX1 includes Domain management services. This allows us to quickly make edits in the event we have updates and need to make changes to name servers records. By us managing this for you we can make these updates seamlessly behind the scenes and allow for minimal to no down time or potential negative affect to services. * 27. Lead Settings - please tell us which employees at the dealership need to receive notifications for the following lead types that come into the DX1 system. Please note we need the full name of the employee. The employee will need to also be a user in the DX1 system to receive the notification.

* 28. Are you planning on using DX1 to manage your leads or do you use a 3rd party/seperate application? If you do use a 3rd party and you want your DX1 leads to be sent to that 3rd party, do they accept ADF? If so, please provide us the ADF email address associated with your account in that CRM so we can push those leads at the time of go live.

* 30. DX1 has the ability to retrieve and publish customer testimonials on your website. Would you like us to publish both the Customer Survey and Testimonials pages on your site for you? By default, auto-approve is turned off, so you will need to go in and manually approve/decline testimonials for them to show up on your website. If you'd like auto-approve turned on please let us know and we can change that setting for you.

* 31. DX1 will build out the dealership's new website with our standard navigation/pages. We will do an analysis of the dealers existing website and pages and match up the ones that are similar, carrying over any dealer created content from the page on their current website to the matching DX1 page. Additionally, DX1 will build out up to 5 non-standard pages. DX1 will review these pages with the customer during the design phase and work with the customer to define the additional 5 pages. If the dealership has more than 5 additional, non-standard, pages that need to move over to the new DX1 website, DX1 will review with the customer their options:
1. DX1 can quote out the build out of the additional pages for the customer.
2. Once the website is done with QA, DX1 will notify the customer so they can login and add in the content to those pages.

* 32. Website Launch - DX1 looks forward to working with you in taking your new DX1 website live. All go lives are scheduled with a target go live date and the DX1 website team commits to having the website ready for go live by the date provided by our Website Project Lead in the beginning of the process.

In the event that we have completed website development, and have arrived at the scheduled go live date, and the Website Team is unable to connect with the dealership to obtain feedback and/or approval, DX1 reserves the right to put the website into active billing and mark the project complete. This is dependant upon - website development is complete, DX1 has sent 2 email communications, DX1 has called 2 times, and we've waited 7 days for response from the dealership with no response back. When the dealership is ready to engage and bring the new website live they can contact the DX1 team directly and we will work to bring the website live. Any revisions/changes the dealership requests at this point would be considered custom work and billed accordingly.
