PLEASE RESPOND BY 9:00 AM PST, MONDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 2017

In December 2016, the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry launched an initiative to develop a new strategic plan. Dean Nadershahi charged a special Strategic Planning Oversight Committee (SPOC) to create a bold and innovative plan to guide the School in transforming the future of oral health education.  Through a variety of methods and opportunities, SPOC is seeking input from faculty, students, staff, University administrators, alumni, and other major stakeholders as it facilitates the planning effort. As a member of the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry family, your opinion is important to help shape the strategic plan.

The following 8-item survey will require about 15 minutes of your time. Your responses are anonymous and will be reported in aggregate to SPOC. The Academy for Academic Leadership, an Atlanta-based consultancy in health professions education, is conducting the survey on behalf of SPOC. Should you encounter problems when taking the survey, please contact Jessica Merrill at jmerrill@aalgroup.org.

Thank you for completing this survey and helping to chart the future of the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry!
