Dry Eye is a common name for a condition called Immune-mediated Keratoconjunctivitis Sicca. It is a painful condition, that if left untreated, can result in permanent damage to your dog's eyes and potentially cause blindness. Please check any of the signs of dry-eye that your dog may be experiencing (Check all that apply)
Blinks and winks often
Discharge from the eye or eyes
Often sits with eyes closed when not asleep
Paws or scratches at eyes
Redness in eyes
Has cloudy appearance in eyes not related to old age
Has been prescribed Artificial Tears by a veterinarian in the past
Rubs face on carpet or furniture
Other (please specify)
