Your Input Needed: Building a Better RFP Process for Drupal

The Drupal Association is exploring the possibility of creating an RFP (Request for Proposal) portal on Drupal.org.

As part of our mission to help organization adopt Drupal, the DA wants to make it as easy as possible for organizations to find, evaluate, and procure the services of qualified Drupal agencies. The portal would aim to streamline how organizations connect with qualified Drupal vendors, making it easier to find the right partner for your digital projects.

As an organization that uses or is considering using Drupal, your perspective is invaluable in shaping this service. This brief survey will help us understand if and how such a portal could benefit your organization.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts.
1.Do you use an RFP (Request for Proposal) process (either formally or informally) when engaging in technology projects (new or existing?)
2.Would you find it valuable if the Drupal Association hosted an RFP portal, where you could share your RFPs?
3.Would you pay for the service?
4.Which options would work for you (select all that apply)
5.What features or benefits would be most important to you in an RFP Portal?
6.Are there other ways the Drupal Association could serve you as an end user?
7.What is the size of your organization?
