Please take a few minutes to complete this survey and join us in guiding the future of downtown Oakland!

This survey is part of a strategic planning process led by the Downtown Oakland Association (DOA)/Lake Merritt-Uptown District (LMUDA) to identify priorities and improvements for downtown Oakland over the next 5 to 10 years.

Since their formation in 2009, the DOA/LMUDA Community Benefit Districts (CBDs) have represented property owners and businesses that have funded a number of programs to help create and sustain a vibrant and prosperous downtown. The CBDs are set to be renewed in 2019 and, as part of the renewal process, feedback is being sought on how best to continue providing services that are of value to Downtown stakeholders.

Your input is very important and will be considered as plans are made to continue an enhanced level of service in our downtown.  In appreciation for your contribution to this survey, we will be giving away gift certificates from several of our independent, local retailers in downtown Oakland to 3 survey respondents chosen at random.
