7% of survey complete.
At this stage of the project, the IDPBC consortium wishes to collect picture books that come from all over the world but do not necessarily portray a specific culture or group of people in order to promote empowering processes of identity formation, of finding one’s place in the world, negotiating difference and celebrating diversity among children aged 4 to 12. IDPCB wishes to welcome your expertise and recommendations in collecting fascinating international stories with likeable characters who engage in the aforementioned processes.

This online survey consists of an invitation to nominate one to three picture books or books with a strong visual component (comics, graphic novels, etc.), that are available online, if possible, and that meet the criteria. Please note that the selected picture books do not have to meet all the criteria.

We kindly ask you to answer the questions with as much detail as possible.

The survey will take about 30 minutes to complete for each picture book / visual narrative nomination.

Thank you for your contribution,
The IDPCB Team
