The COVID-19 pandemic has shown just how badly our support systems work for people who face marginalization due to poverty, oppression and inequality. Despite this, disabled people have been left out of conversations around a just recovery from all levels of government. To rectify this, the Disability Justice Network of Ontario (DJNO) has created this survey to gather information on what the needs of people with disabilities are as we move toward recovery in Canada.

The results of this survey will be kept anonymous, and will be used by the Disability Justice Network of of Ontario (DJNO) to create a report with recommendations on what a just recovery should look like for disabled Canadians. Responses will be used for generating anonymized aggregate data and analysis and no personal or personal health information will be stored or shared.
