2019-2020 Diamond Awards Claim Request Form

Congratulations on earning a Diamond Award during the 2019-2020 season!

It is important to us that you receive your materials as quickly and efficiently as possible. You may have your award sent to your school, your home, or another address of your choice. To assist us in doing so, please complete the following form by August 31, 2020, and remember the following details:

Please do not send your diamond pins to the national office! Instead, use this form (www.speechanddebate.org/diamond-award-pin-order-form/) to submit your pins for updating.
First-diamond coaches receive a diamond pin and a certificate.
Second-diamond coaches receive a certificate and are eligible to have their pin updated.
Third-diamond and higher coaches receive a plaque and are eligible to have their pin updated.
