This pre-registration is for the Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialists (ADCES) Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) Lifestyle Coach Training held November 9-10 in Springfield, IL. This process does not guarantee seats in the complimentary training. There are only 18 seats available and priority must be given to those expanding their program to new communities or starting new programs. IHA will notify your organization by October 15 if your registration has been approved. Contracts will be shared at that time to provide the DPP stipend for your organization. Cohorts must begin by the end of March and trainees must participate in monthly meetings to receive the organization stipend at the end of the grant period.
