$200 - 90 MINS - Diabetes Study - Downtown, Chicago

Thank you for your interest in participating in the upcoming market research study on the topic of diabetes.

There are 2 categories we're seeking to recruit:
1) Individuals diagnosed with diabetes to partcipate in a 1-on-1 session
OR
2) We're looking for caregivers of someone with diabetes that's applying to this study and to accompany them in the session. This will be a 2-on-1 session, patient & caregiver. Both patient and caregiver must attend the session.

During this study, you will be asked to provide feedback on a novel diabetes management system. There will NOT be any insulin in the device and you will NOT be asked to actually deliver insulin or use a needle. During the evaluation you will see glucose levels but these are not related to your diabetes, they are made up for the study. You will not need to change your current diabetes management routine in any way. There are no sales involved!

The study will take place in a research facility in downtown Chicago, IL (S. Franklin St. & W. Monroe St).
