Development Review Baseline Survey

The Seattle Department of Transportation's new Development Review Program provides comprehensive early design guidance to better integrate private development and the city's right-of-way priorities. We want to improve service through consistent direction, a single SDOT contact throughout the Master Use Permit (MUP) process, and relevant, up-to-date information on SDOT rules, plans, and policies.

Over the last year, we've revised the Preliminary Assessment Report (PAR), attended Early Design Guidance pre-submittal conferences, and coordinated with the design review board. In the second phase, SDOT staff will follow the project through the remaining Master Use Permit phases, including SEPA analysis and MUP approval.

This survey will help us evaluate our progress to date and improve it moving forward. Thanks for the help!
