The Town of Newburgh is embarking on a process to update their comprehensive plan, which was last updated over 20 years ago.  Please help us identify community issues and opportunities by taking this 10-minute survey. 
 
A comprehensive plan is a guidance document for local leaders and staff to reference when making decisions about future growth and development or redevelopment in the community.  This plan will also be used by residents and businesses owners in Newburgh, giving them a reference point when assessing the decisions made by community leaders.
