Introduction

The District of Columbia College Access Program (DC-CAP) is continually looking at ways to be more supportive of high school students. Many educational and college access tools are now online and require computer and internet accessibility. DC-CAP would like to get a comprehensive understanding of computer and internet access for DC families in order to better provide future services and programs.

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey which should take no more than 15 minutes. This is a confidential survey and responses will not be shared with any external agency.

We appreciate your effort in completing the survey. Students that complete the entire survey and provide his or her full name will be entered into a random drawing to win a prize. Incomplete or duplicate survey responses will be deemed not eligible for prize drawings. Prizes will be given at each public and public charter high school!
