As ownership broadens, the Bank wants a disciplined and repeatable reading of how investors understand our strategy, judge our disclosure and assess our prospects. This survey establishes that baseline.

This written form is intended for individual shareholders, prospective investors and market intermediaries.

How long it takes and when to reply?
The form takes about eight minutes. Please submit your response by 16th October 2026.

Confidentiality and how your information is handled
Findings are reported and discussed only in aggregate. Individual responses are seen solely by the Investor Relations team and are not shared with any other function in the Bank in identifiable form. Personal data is processed in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2022 and is retained for twenty-four months, after which it is deleted.

What we will do with what you tell us
Within ninety days of closing, we will publish a short summary of what we heard and the specific actions we intend to take in response. We regard that as the minimum return for the time you are giving us.
