* 7. On the rare occasion that the interpreter assigned to your request is not going to arrive on time, are you informed by the team interpreter (if applicable), DAS, or the person at your agency who makes requests to DAS?

* 12. DAS offers a program that helps offset the cost of interpreting services when a Deaf person has to pay out of pocket for the services. It’s called the 3-D program (DAS Deaf Discount). Do you know about this program?

* 14. DAS believes in giving back to the community. We currently sponsor many Deaf organizations in the MD/DC/VA area - MDAD, DCAD, VAD, DAWN, DSA, NVRC, NAD, and more. We are always looking for more ways of supporting our local community. What other community organizations would you like to see DAS sponsor in the future?
