Fill out one registration form per person attending the event (then you all get a draw in the telescope competition!)

The telescope will be drawn at random from all entries on the night of Geraldton Astrofest, May 27th, 2017. We will contact the winner via phone and/or email and arrange for delivery of the prize if they are no longer at Astrofest when the draw occurs.
