This BLACKBOARD COLLABORATE Session will cover Cycle 7 reporting requirements for the 2015 school year & how to review the Cycle 7 Data for submission.

These events are for LEA Supervisors & Data Entry Personnel, new & returning. Choose the appropriate option for DDS facility, State Agency, Early Childhood or School Age personnel.

Enter Pin: 471505877561. Follow the prompts to download the launcher.
The launcher only has to be downloaded one time for all future webinars in Blackboard Collaborate, but you will be prompted to download a new .collab file each time you login to a web session.
One week prior to the webinars, these same instructions will be emailed to LEA Supervisors and those registered on how to login to the actual webinar.
At least 1 HOUR prior to the web Conference, Instructions will be emailed again to all participants.
please allow extra time to login to the Blackboard Collaborate session. The webinar will be open 30 minutes prior to the session beginning.
You can ALWAYS locate the web address for the web conference from the IDEA Data & Research training schedule which can be found on the IDEA Data & Research website.
To locate the training schedule visit http://arksped.k12.ar.us.
Click on the Data & Research link locate on the banner to the left of the page.
The training schedule will then be located on the right. Click on the link then click the event you wish to view. Use the scroll bar on the right and click on "MORE DETAILS".
You will discover links for both registration and the Blackboard Collaborate session.
Audio for the web conference IS available through your computer, but can also come through your telephone.
FOR AUDIO THROUGH YOUR PHONE, PLEASE CALL 712-432-0600. Enter passcode 931504# OR (PLEASE USE ONLY 1 AUDIO FORMAT) you can use the audio number and participation pin provided by Blackboard to view and hear the webinar through your iPad, tablet or mobile phone.
