Pulse - Cybersecurity Awareness

We are exploring the level of Cybersecurity awareness across UHN and are looking for your insight.  Remember, there are no right or wrong answers.

Your individual responses will remain confidential and only a collective summary will be shared.

This questionnaire should take less than 10 minutes of your time and will be used to create education material for the Cybersecurity Awareness Campaign - Thank You for your Time!

If you wish to participate, we'd like to thank you by entering you into a draw to win a $25 coffee card.  One winner per site (PM, TG, TW, TR-UC, TR-LC, TR-BC, TR-Rumsey, UHN Research, Michener) will be drawn.  To qualify for the draw, we will be asking for your contact information at the end of the survey.
